Unlimited incoming AI receptionist calls for the normal customer enquiries and appointment needs of one business location. No fixed monthly minute allowance applies to qualifying use. Call-centre operations, reselling, automated traffic, bulk campaigns and deliberately prolonged or abusive calls are excluded.
If usage falls outside this scope, we will discuss an appropriate arrangement before changing your pricing. No automatic overage charges.

Each plan includes one booking calendar. We confirm the calendar setup during onboarding. The assistant checks availability and confirms an appointment only after the booking succeeds.
What happens when a caller needs my team?
We agree on which calls need a person and configure forwarding to the right team member. If they’re unavailable, the assistant follows your agreed fallback, such as taking a message for follow-up.
